Under the Artistic Direction of Yuri and Luba Grekov, students are exposed to the Virsky style of dance which includes ballet technique, dance fundamentals, and Ukrainian music.
Promote Ukrainian Dance
Desna school dancers have been able to promote Ukrainian dance on many stages including: Toronto Ukrainian Festival, Mississauga Living Arts Centre, Dauphin (MB) and parts of Ukraine.

Junior Desna | Ages 7-12+
Nurture your child's love for dance in a high-energy environment. Junior Desna offers professional instruction with performance opportunities, guiding kids to discover the joy and discipline of Ukrainian dance.

Recreational Ukrainian dance for those who've spent a lifetime in love with the art form. A space where dance enthusiasts 18+ can come together, relive, and revel in the joy of movement. Perfect for adults with limited or no dance background.
